Those include the BMO Harris Financial Center proposed for completion in late 2019 at 770 N. Water St. Milwaukee developer Irgens is leading that project. There are several other sites in downtown Milwaukee’s central business district that have been pitched to Fiserv where developers have eyed office developments but needed an anchor tenant to get something off the ground.

Personally, I hope this gets Washington Square out of the ground. This would be a big get for downtown MKE.
