^^^ Well now that I see the details this could turn out to be an average or OK building. Thats if they keep the details. I actually really like the rounded balconies, too bad it doesn't jive with the classicist base. If they manage to make the crown half-decent looking it could even be an "alright" building". If its clad in stone I would even consider calling it "good"...
However the odds of any of those happening let alone all of them is very slim. It will likely turn out a tacky POS.
