So what do you guys know about the Old City Hall/Clocktower project? I used to live in Tacoma (UPS Grad) and lived in the first phase of the Metropolitan after they completed it but could never find a historic loft that fit my needs (the Albers Mill was all sold out before I graduated). I moved to Phoenix (of all places) and found the perfect historic loft but after coming across the amazing Clocktower redevelopment project, I want to know everything about it.

Anyone have any more information than what is available at their website?
