Agreed. But it is prompting to see what could be developed in a highly underutilized space. It would help the other previous development feel more incorporated. As the developed space stands now. it is almost a barrier to the rest of West Oakland. The framework of this, while it is complementary to developed area existing, seems a little aggressive, ambitious, and monolithic for me. Time will tell, and i think the reality of something like this only comes from greater development near DT Oakland's core. Thanks for posting
