I'd like to see some discussion into what actually constitutes a "park". Some of us don't consider a softball diamond or basketball court to be a "park".
There are great areas in this city (Bowring/South Brook, Quidi Vidi Lake, most of the concourse) but most newer areas put up a playground or something and consider it sufficient green space.
