Regarding Boston, the area across the bridges to the right where the Google logo appears is an industrial area that has been cleared for new development. It isn't what I would call downtown. The area to the left across the bridges is Cambridge - also, not downtown & not Boston. I think that area of Cambridge has a lot of property that was industrial as well. In both cases I mention, not part of typical downtown property.

The part in the middle with virtually NO parking lots is downtown. Thanks for putting this together.
