Link Apartments Innovation Quarter:
This $43.5 million development has 344 apartments, 5,000 square feet of retail (two retail spaces), a bicycle commuter center with bike storage and tools, a dog park and dog wash, a 6th floor entertainment space overlooking Bailey Park, a courtyard with a saltwater pool, fire pits and grilling stations, and a fitness center. It's also across from two parks: Bailey Park to the southeast and the Goler Arts Park to the west. This is downtown Winston-Salem's second Link Apartments branded development. Ground breaking is set for early 2017. The location is across the street from Bailey Power Plant Complex in downtown's IQ District.
