I thought there was a thread for this one, but can't seem to find it.
I'm in two minds about it. It's not a bad tower, but it just doesn't seem to fit right for me given its prominent location. So many folks will see it from Nathan Phillips Square that I would want something better looking constructed. But saying that, anything would be better looking than that concrete monstrosity that is the Sheraton Centre.
This proposal reminds me too much of the Bank of America tower in NYC, which has nothing going for it other than height. At least we don't have some cheap spire ruining the look of this one.
