This is by far the largest boom in decades. Not eclipsing the era in the 20's and 1945-1959, but in terms of height, and supertalls, yes. It's been steady as well since 2011/12. 4-5 years of tremendous and hyyyuuuuuuge (
) growth.
From Texas to Florida to NY to Seattle and so on, there have been quite some transformations to major city skylines.
Volume wise, NY takes the cake, with Miami (and its suburbs) second.
Texas has been on the ball for the current real estate cycle. Whats going on in Texas looks promising.
Its just been tremendous. Did I forget to mention say tremendous?! I just hope the boom is tremendous for the next 4 years.
