We have some towers in Calgary with that same issue. I don't mind the materials per se, but the mix of old and new just doesn't work.
BTW, usually towers aren't put into this section until they've actually broken ground with shoring or excavating even if it's likely. There are a half dozen towers in CGY 'excepting to start construction' anytime.
