But Baltimore's William Donald Schaefer Building is 150 meters to roof height and taller than 164 meters to flagpole height. If the flagpole was included in total height, it would be Baltimore's tallest. But it is not included in the final height. Why is that? Aren't spires and flagpoles both decorations?
Interestingly enough, the Bank of America building has an antenna taller than PNC Plaza and maybe taller than WDS as well.
