I am a Wyoming native, so I am probably a little biased, but I think Wyoming is a great place to live--If you're into the "Wyoming life style." If you enjoy the outdoors, value your privacy, don't need a mall at your doorstep, and want to live in a generally safe place, Wyoming is great choice. Wyoming has generally good schools and a surprising array of public programs (e.g., community mental health centers at no or low cost, a community college network that touches many rural areas, scholarships for high school graduates who maintain a passing GPA for in-state institutions, etc.)
