Hi Martin. Yes, I am working with the developer. The project is not urban in that it will never be a downtown core, but we are in the process of signing-up quality commercial tenants including bakeries, restaurants and much more and the mainstreet will feel like a small urban heart of the neighbourhood. Let are a lot of elements that went into the planning process that help make this urban retail. It will take some time but by next summer the urban element will start taking shape.
