That is not going to happen...purpose built building with MASSIVE concrete walls etc. The cost to demolish and make it remotely livable would be prohibitive. And who would want to buy at that location? It might, however be great for a hostel or possibly office and creative space for artists etc. That assumes it is turned over by the Province to the City...but with Harper wanting to built scores of lock-up facilities to imprison half the population (those that are not Tory and anyone posting on FB that supports anyone but him
maybe it will have a second life as a holding tank.
