Don't mean to get off-topic, but there is a way to get around those 10 monthly views.
On Firefox: File > New Private Window
On Google Chrome: Open the window as "New ingognito window".
Works on both Ottawa Citizen and Ottawa Sun, never had to pay a nickel to read articles.
Each time you open a new window in that fashion, the count resets!
