Hoss. Did you listen to the Bloom version? He definitely says B.O.A.C.
and B.O.A.C. makes sense because Jamaica is part of "
British West Indies" (it would be a major carrier)
....and in the same stanza he mentions "adjust to the driving" & "it's all on the 'right side'.

then again, there would be no need to "adjust" if he was flying in from the U.K (hmmm...maybe he was flying in from Miami)
