It's official. The 26 story office building under construction in the Fifth + Broad development downtown will be the home of the relocated Alliance Bernstein Headquarters. The company's name will be atop the building.

Its global headquarters will take over floors 18 to 25 in a 26-story office tower at 501 Commerce, officials said Thursday. It's expected to open in 2020.
