I don't really know the Milwaukee market, so are these high prices reasonable given the wealth of the people still looking for downtown Milwaukee residences?
Even in Chicago, developers would have a difficult time selling units in a building at such high prices.
EDIT: just realized that the units over a mil are all on floors 28-30. The "regular" units top out at $760, with most around the $250k mark. That seems FAR more realistic.
