Erie Insurance development progressing. While I'm not a fan of downtown "campus-style" heaquarters, this project will be a shot in the arm for downtown Erie, bringing an estimated 1,200 new white-collar jobs to the downtown area (and all that comes with a sizeable number like that). Good to see cranes popping on the skyline and steel going up in
downtown Erie... something that hasn't been seen in a while.
The finished building will be about the same height as the Ford Hotel/Richford Arms apartment building in the background.
