Don't forget 1KVB is in that mix of new developments as well. So, is the Stanza actually still in play? It seems there would have been some movement by now and I don't recall there being any announcements regarding ground breaking, etc.

The Lifestyle apartment building will be a good infill development and depending on the external materials they use it should bring some nice architectural interest while still being modern in style.

What's amazing to me is how much property still remains for prime development in SoBro. I hope we see more announcements in 2018 for more office towers and residential towers as opposed to hotels. I recognize that Nashville is a tourist and conventions city, but I really hope that area can be sustained by residential and employment growth. That is what will keep it thriving. You need people density to attract and sustain street level retail/restaurants which so many people want to see incorporated more into the area.
