Walmart is above London Drugs. How many stores do you think will have locations at both Lougheed and Brentwood (what with them both being Shape Properties) vs only being at one and not the other.
People will be happy as long as they both malls have a grocery store - it doesn't matter all that much which exact grocery store it turns out to be (although I am happy to have a few in and near Metrotown).
