Even while this is a suburban development I really think this is going to be a huge draw for Winnipeg.

I really liked the domed retail, which will be fairly unique. I also think having a pedestrain friendly plaza in the centre, including pond facing patios and a small stage. I only hope that this development turns out as nice as these pictures indicate.

I really think developing a pedestrain plaza downtown would be good thing.
