A new 107-unit rental tower at 237 East 34th Street in Murray Hill has finally shed its construction netting revealing a handsome glass facade animated by lines of balconies and a diagonal setback. The 23-story building stands near the northwest corner of East 34th Street and First Avenue near the United Nations and the east side's ""Hospital Row."" When finished early next year, the building will span 84,256 square feet of residential space, along with 6,282 square feet of retail along its ground floor.
