What's the problem in St. John's, too far away? They have stellar attendance numbers and the city seems to be loving it out there.

Thunder is a terrible choice, there is a reason it's a sports wasteland, lousy economy, declining older population, antiquated arena. Would be surprised if even an AHL team in Thunder Bay could muster 1500 per game.
