I really like the looks of this building. The glass on it looks really good and the interior finishes are pretty cool too. I visited the sales center on my trip down to Miami about a week ago and it was amazing. They had million dollar pieces of art hanging all over the place and lots of other cool things in there. I must say that one thing that I dont like about balconies is that my neighbor would go out and smoke on his balcony and I wouldn't be able to enjoy mine.
