Commission approves 50-story plan for 193 N. Columbus Drive in Lakeshore East with 640 residential units and 570 hotel rooms. The project will seek LEED Silver designation.
Very happy they approved this one. Its gonna add great density to that pocket. Its also a rectangle which will visually strengthen the city grid context there.
