Cardinals to break ground on second phase of Ballpark Village Dec. 14 2017

The St. Louis Cardinals announced Friday that they will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking event for the $260 million second phase of Ballpark Village on Dec. 14.
The Business Journal reported Thursday that the Cardinals, along with their development partner Cordish Cos., applied for a $6.2 million building permit to begin construction on the apartment portion of the $260 million second phase of Ballpark Village in mid-November.
