Builders from all over the country are making a beeline for Cochin. It will only make business
better for the local builders, and not difficult, as widely percieved. Cochin will be marketed better on national and international scene, which eventually will be better for the housing industry in the city as a whole. Just think of it, major players like mather, abad and co is now referred to as
local companies because of the entry of Sahara, DLF, Prestige and the like...lol
And 8 and 10 storied apartments are termed
small projects!!
