Hopefully not anytime soon. I like that building and I don't see why we need to eradicate every trace of the 1960s. Have you looked at it recently? It has a fresh coat of paint and it looks great. The zig-zag apartments did indeed cut off the streetgrid for 3 blocks, but so does the expressway. It's not like the neighborhood will magically be re-connected once the apartments are gone.
They actually just sank $30 million into the high rise for renovations:
