by famed african american architect Paul R. Williams, at the Beverly
Hills Hotel.

The beautiful 12 story Giannini Place opened in 1923 as the LA headquarters of the Bank Of Italy. It will open in early 2018 as a NoMad luxury boutique
hotel.
