Speaking of the Hayden Mill, walked past it earlier today. They're doing quite a bit work on it. From what I saw they were working on the first two floors, have about 7 trees in planters awaiting to be planted, a huge sign on corner of Rio Salado and Mill. There's also a stretch of grass; picnic/movie in the park?
