Going on hotwired's underground parking idea, maybe they can build an underground right-of-way for the buse's and future LRT along with it! Preferrably right under the current Polo terminal for future BRT. Then build an underground entrance to Polo with possibly an few stores added.

Going on the elevated idea, elevated BRT/LRT over the current terminal, elevated Polo entrance, added stores and possibly enclose the terminal itself
