Done! The same lighting technology is used in the Devon Tower across the street from this botanical garden.

Colored lighting is becoming a major feature in downtown OKC, since the addition of the Chesapeake Boathouse which uses some elegant white lights. They also put color-changing LEDs on bridges over the river, bright colors to flood the underground pedestrian tunnels/shopping areas, and an amazing blue-glow on the new Devon Boathouse. A lot of this can be traced to Rand Elliot a local architect who loves using colored LED lighting in his work.
