It's got me curious too. The land's been for sale for a long time. I was surprised when I drove by and saw the 2 old houses torn down. Maybe that's where the Pavilion Execuative Plaza is going that Justin_144 mentioned. If it was something major, there would have been an announcement. The current Get n Go near there is tiny. I've worked there a couple times. Their parent company, Olson Oil has been real active at building new locations lately. 57th & Marion, South Minnesota ave, 14th & Minn, and buying one near Tuthill park. Keep the updates coming.
