This proposal comes as a partnership with Nashville-based Pearl Street Partners and Charlotte-based residential titan Crescent Partners to build the 2nd largest and tallest apartment development in Nashville, after 505 currently U/C at 5th Ave North & Church St. This site was to be an spec office tower adjacent to Turnberry's JW Marriott that is currently in site-prep.
