Hiap Hoe joins forces with Brady for $500m Melbourne high-rise

Listed Singaporean developer Hiap Hoe has formed a joint venture with local player Brady Property Group to develop a $500 million high-rise apartment and hotel project in central Melbourne.
The site at 380 Lonsdale Street is already controlled by the Singaporean developer, which won the green light last year to develop a two-tower proposal.
It was one of the last major projects within the CBD to be approved by state planning minister Richard Wynne before strict new controls were introduced last September.
Hiap Hoe said the joint venture with Brady would develop the site into residential, commercial and office space and a hotel.
