Excellent photo update by the Journal.
The mixed-use courthouse and RJR buildings are key to expanding 4th's vibrancy all the way to US52. I just realized that about 90% of downtown's construction is along Fourth!
Now, we just need some action at the Pepper building. That and Factory 60 are the last two remaining large vacant properties without solid construction schedules.
Any word on when PMC and Kimpton would start work?
