An absolute genius strategy move on Crombie's part. Only give the city what they need. I'm sure Crombie is anxiously waiting to see blueprints just like everyone else...if they haven't seen proposals already.
Once those final plans have been drawn up and those orange tip stakes are finally hammered into the ground, anyone with land ownership in these area are sure to blinking dollar signs.
