How? Isn't geographic features the same when everthing is buried underground in a long concrete tube?

I personally think that both geographic attributes and weather shouldn't prevent the line from running smoothly.

The muzha/neihu line are elevated instead of underground where you can prevent the hot climate/humid temperatures. I don't see why it can't stand a storm or anything. Vancouver's SkyTrain uses Bombardier's ALRT and what do we do when it is snowing? We run those "ghost trains" all night...to keep the tracks warm.
