I'm guessing they study these things,but wouldn't rittenhouse skyscrapers potentially cripple the trolleys since there's no MFL stop between 15 and 30th? To a healthy person 15th to rittenhouse is no big deal, but I'd think that a lot would xfer to trolleys to 19th.
Anyway does the new column signify anything, or are they still dealing with faulty steel that will require partial disassembly?
