I also like the rendering in that perspective. I'm still a little torn tho between building a 30-story building or preserving what they have. I do have to say, Pittsburgh can certainly use something vertical in its skyline. At least it's not going to go away to make way for a one-or-two story building. I would raise hell if that were the case! I didn't exactly like that we lost the 5th and Wood building to make way for a 4-story no-big-deal Macys that ultimately closed up after what, 6 years? I must say tho, even that looks nice as Piatt Place...
