Bingo! It makes you wonder how a similarly scaled project would be received on Broad and Washington. You know that neighbors are going to be lining up against any sort of massive high rise. East Market still involves a high rise, but it's broken up and blends in better with the street. Then again, NIMBYs just hate everything.
