That's too bad. As University Point shows, buildings that tall in a U-shaped plan can be pretty oppressive. Under the current zoning, this site has a 175' max height, so if they want to max out the FAR, they kind of have to fill the block. Under the
proposed changes to the Comp plan, this site would have a 250' limit, which might allow for a taller more slender building.
