That wont fly with the Design Review Board if they're proposing a screen ala CalEPA..
I'm still thinking it's much more ornamental than CalEPA, which only looks decent when viewing it from the South (to the North)
I think they're trying to play off the historical design of the Mansard roof on the the Joie de Vivre up the street...
