This is a handy site for anyone who doesn't know about it.
I have found locally in St. John's, price goes to the maximum it can sell for on Thursday morning. It then gradually decreases throughout the week and it at it's lowest on wednesday evening. As another poster stated, it is lowest in the east end closer to Costco who usually sell for 3 cents/liter less than the competition.
