[Oedipal Popsicle]

I walked by here yesterday. Is the first floor on the Water side going to be anything other than parking? It's hard to tell by looking in the little windows at street level.

I'm not to sure I like the detailing on the facade. Lipstick on a pig really. What I find interesting is that they didn't try and conceal the parkade. The tenants get the harbour view and the street gets the concrete bunker.

I just looked at the renderings again and there is no view from across the street. In fact most of the views are from the Harbour side.
