This is the image of the "Townhomes at Metal Works." According to the caption on the website they will be ready by August 2012 move in. I'll see it when I believe it though.

I agree, I like both of these properties. I think both will be a nice fit into downtown. I really like "Boulevard Lofts." They will look very good in that location.
