I wonder if any of these theaters could be rebuilt on any of the parking lots along Curtis. My favorite is the Princess.
The Colorado Ballet was also looking for a new home a couple of years ago, considering building a new space at a former synagogue on 16th and Pearl (?). I wonder if they'd ever consider building a new space in Denver's "new" theater district along Curtis. It'd be a good fit.
