Why does that area need 3,000 parking spaces? There's plenty of mass transit at that spot. Unless it'll be used partly as a park & ride. In that case the Broad St station's elevated platforms need to be extended over Broad Street with an entrance below it(or a tunnel from the NLR station to the site).
