Nicholson Gateway / SBR
LSU is embarking on a project to transform the Nicholson Drive corridor, the largest underdeveloped tract of university-owned property that is adjacent to the campus core. The project will turn what has traditionally been the back of the campus into an exciting new gateway district. The first phase, Nicholson Gateway, is a 28-acre site between West Chimes Street and Skip Bertman Drive.
Land clearing began last month, with construction scheduled.
